Tying Hackle Parachute Style/ Indicator

I have been looking into tying some new flies and they call for tying the hackle parachute style. What dose that mean and how do you go about doing it?

Also when you want to to tie and indicator on to a fly (such as an ant pattern) what do you use?
Im new to fly tying so go easy on me.
