    married wings

seeing all of these beautiful patterns with married wings it has got my interst. but i have a couple questions?

1 what type of feathers do you use
2 can do you have to find feathers of the same thickness? or can you take a mallard quill with a goose quill?
3 are there tutorials on line that anyone can point me to
    any help would be appericated.

You can use goose shoulder, turkey tail, kori. etc. The possibilities are endless. I prefer dyed turkey tail and www.feathersmc.com has a lot of great materials at great prices.

If you are just starting out I would suggest sticking with the same material to marry and then go from there.

Here is a step by step on a Jock Scott.
