Zonkers

Hey,
Calling all Zonkers. I know I should simply buy some zonker strips, but why make life easy. I have some fox from an old coat that I tried to cut up using a razor blade. I used the instructions on global flyfisher site. They didn't come out too horrible, but I'm not convince I've got it down. I also have my beloved mink pelt. The mink is not tanned but cured with borax. Any suggestions on the use and or production of Zonkers would be much apprieciated. Thanks,Frogge.
