Recommended Fly Fishing Schools and/or Guides

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for good guides and/or fly fishing schools in the Central New Jersey Area (around Somerville).

I am interested in taking a class, but am a bit hesitant to do a 3 day deal like the Deleware River Club (www.mayfly.com) offers because of the $ and time (I am saving up all $ and vacation for a September Honeymoon).

I stumbled upon River City Outfitters (www.rivercityoutfitters.com) and was looking to find out if anyone here had heard anything about them, because all of the local fly shops point me to the DRC. I am drawn to River City Outfitters because they are a guide service as well as an instruction service. So, I could do a bit of a touch up on my weaker spots for half a day and do the guide thing for the second half.

Things I am looking to learn from my guide and/or instruction and/or class:
- Casting Touch-Up (only been fly fishing for about a year)
- Reading Water
- Fly Selections

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
