Two Post Flood Questions

1.Any ideas on how we as a fishing community can help some of the residents of the flood ?

2. Is it bad taste to get right back into the rivers fishing once the rivers receed ? One part of me says its ok because the area needs whatever business we bring, the other part says its like, in your face, I dont have any flood problems and am going to do what I enjoy and then return to the comfort of my dry place away from your town.

Any thoughts on these two questions ?????
