Salmon River Questions

Hey,
Has anyone fished the Salmon River in July?
I think there are browns, rainbows & skamania(sp) salmon supposedly in the river? I fished there when the flow was 750cfs this winter & was thinking about going to see what it looks like in 185cfs (scouting). The low water theory may have to wait, usgs gauge @ 2000 cfs+ yesterday.
Will this heavy run of water cause a run of salmon in summer?
