 How far is too far ?
I’m just questioning how far is too far for a flies? …Okay I’m pretty new to fly fishing. I understand the concept of using ‘flies’ to match the hatch.
I’ll take it a step further, I also use streamers which imitate little bait fish or crayfish. Now my question is … I saw a person fishing w/ a ‘glow-bug’. I’m not sure if it was a rubber bait w/ scent placed on a hook or was it tied w/ yarn (I know it was artificial). I know that there are a lot of very serious fly fishers here. Is this still fly-fishing or is this crossing the line? I'm just seeing what's the general consensus? |
