Does Pepper Spray Work on Bears? (Picts)

Several of us, in the last few years, have had confrontations and run-ins with black bears while Trout fishing in Northwest Jersey. But I doubt that any were as exciting as this CO's experience with a grizzly somewhere out west. See sequence below. Twism86 has previously pointed out that he has a gun on his hip while this is happening! As he was getting his wounds attended to, he was heard to tell his partner "Next time, I'll take the pictures and you let the Fu..in bear out!
