How Long To Wait?

Okay, let's say the water temperature of a certain river has been averaging between 70 and 75 degrees from say noon till 7:00 pm for a week or so. Prior to noon each day and in the evenings it's into the high 60's. Let's stick to this being a C&R area.


1) Would you fish daily when temps are below 70?

2) Would you fish anytime?

3) If you wouldn't fish an area because the temps average exceeds 70 degrees how long, meaning in days, would you wait until after the average temps are below that mark?
