| Delaware Rev 7 and Rev 9 officially extended Hi guys, The DRBC voted today to extend Revision 7 and Revision 9 until September 30th. The negotiations continue and the schedule is now to to have a modified FFMP plan ready for adoption in at the September DRBC meeting. The current policy expires on May 31st. Rev 7 is the fisheries plan with minimum flows and a habitat bank of 20,000 cfs-days. Rev 9 is the spill mitigation plan that was adopted in September. This calls for releases when the reservoirs are above 80% total capacity, except in April and May to try to reach a full reservoir by June 1st. We got .7 inches of rain tonight. Jim  |
