Anyone fish the Cannonsville reservoir?

Hi,

I am looking for some info. on fishing the Cannonsville reservoir. It seems like a real pain to get a boat, have it sprayed, etc. Is it worth all of the trouble? I have heard the fishing is good but I would like to hear everyone's opinion here.
