Wrist fusion

I need help! It seems I am saddled with both a peripheral neuropathy that is robbing me of all sensory stimuli from my elbows out, and me knees down, this coupled with an Orthopedic problem that would seem to leave me with only one option left...wrist fusion.

That is were you cut the Ulna bone off about 1 inch from the wrist and fuse it to the radius bone. This will ultimately stop my wrist flexion.

Now the big question:

Is there a fly fisherman out there with dominant hand wrist fusion...if so, please private message me about any loss in casting ability etc.
