| How to take photo's of trout you've caught without getting your hands in the way. I did a bit of experimenting with this this past weekend. To see the results, click here. With my camera already turned on and the switch set to automatic, I procede to release the trout. I gently hold him in my hand and with the other hand (rod under arm pit), I focus in on him with the camera. I slowly submerge my hand with the trout resting against my palm. Then I slowly move my hand away and as soon as it's out of site, I take the shot. This is a great photo in my opinion. This is my first up close and personal trout photo where you don't see my arm, wrist, and fingers all over the trout. |
