I have did alot of photography over the years and am always looking beyond the subject of a photo.

One thing I really noticed an like was the way you all photograph your flys. I was wondering what is your method?

Are you setting the fly on a book cover, photo, painting, mounted trout???

I feel the trout like colors of the background really add alot to the fly.

Also is this indoor work? If not what type of lighting are you using?

I dont know if you got this idea from a fellow photographer, or what. But its trully a great idea, I feel it really adds alot to the photo.
