Have my "permissions" been curtailed.

When the fly tying database was being tested, I posted a "mini-bugger" (w/o photo):

The Winter 2003 issue of Fly Tyer magazine, just published a "reader favorite" that looked like a slight variation of the same theme.

When I attempted to post a follow-up "review" I got a screen informing me that "you don't have permission to post reviews in this section" (or words to that effect).

Did I do something wrong?
OR
Are some functions of the database still turned off?
