New to Town

Hello all. My name is George. I'm a 38 yo physical therapist and I'm relocating to the Allentown area with my wife and three daughters from Long Island. I've fly fished for both trout and bass for 25 years, but mostly on LI at the Connetquot river park. I've been scouting the Little Lehigh by the fly shop and am impressed with the numbers of fish, but not the numbers of anglers. Are any other stretches productive. I'm very easy to please (I also surf cast so I'm used to getting skunked!) I also have a 17 ft canoe and would love to float for trout or smallmouth in the area. Any Suggestions?
