Pocono's report 7/2/2009 BIG BROWN!!

Fished the first half of the day was spent on a gem of a WTS and it was an awesome couple of hours!! The trout here are truely spectacular and the scenery unparaleled . Walked 1/2 mile or so back into the woods and picked a likely spot to fish and began and on the second cast WAMO!! a Superb wild brown came to hand!! Even my friend whom travled some 2000 miles by air, bus and car to get here scored a trophy for this stream a nice size wild and beautiful brown!! About midday got a call from Biot and he said he would be up for some evening dry fly fishing and he met us at an undisclosed location. After gearing up and putting on the blindfolds we headed to the water in search of rising fish. We arrived at the destination to see few risers so we took a seat and waited them out. With in a half hour fish were rising every where and it was just a matter of picking a target. Well needless to say John picked the right one tonight and scored a nice wild brown trout !! Lets just say it was big you be the judge but a very respectable Trout in any water!! I have to say many trout were caught today and another wonderfull day on the stream with my friends. And it is better than any day at work for sure!! Here are some pictures for you all that can't get out. I hope it gives you incentive to do so!! ENJOY!!!
