good places to start fly fishing in Eastern PA

I am currently living in Princeton, NJ and looking to do some fly fishing in Eastern PA. I know the Neshaminy is close (40 minutes or so) but I was wondering if I could get any tips on any spots in that area or along the Neshaminy. I am looking to do mostly trout fishing on streams/rivers. Thanks for the help.
