DEP Declares Drought Watch in 58 Counties

HARRISBURG (Aug. 6) -- The Department of Environmental Protection today issued a drought watch for 58 Pennsylvania counties as precipitation deficits continue to mount and groundwater levels fall in many areas of the state.
