stocked poconos lake, which flies/methods work?

I live in nj, and will be staying in a cabin on a lake this weekend. I'd like to know what flies/methods do well on lakes in the poconos. I fished there twice before with spin rods, and we caught on spinners. I didn't id fish well, but i think some were bass, maybe trout too. There is some sedgegrass along the perimeter, but mostly rock and sand along rest of perimeter. Any help'd be great. Thanks, Frank
