NE Pa. this weekend

This weekend I will be spending some time up near Tamqua. As long as the weather is good I hope to hit some of the local streams. Has any one fished them lately? I was there two weeks ago after the heavy rain and they were muddy and high. I tryed some of them but the strong wind worked aganist me.

Any tips on flies would be great to.
