personal pontoons?

just wondering everyones thought on these pontoons my father and i are looking to buy a couple so we can float the main stem delaware for bass walleye and trout and what ever else....

one question when you go down the main stem do you just hunt for the rises and target them or case blindly in to the pocket waters and riffles ?
