Gas company withdraws plans for drawing water from Upper Delaware

I was reading the River Reporter last week and they had a small article reporting that the gas company that was trying to get permission to draw roughly a million gallons a day from the Upper Delaware has withdrawn it's request.It stated that the need for endless meetings and hearings made them decide to look for another way to provide water for the drilling.Anyone else read this?
