Power lines approved

There was a tiny mention in the NY Times today that the federal Energy Department formally declared "an area from West Virginia to upstate New York" a "national interest electric corridor" where private companies will be able to build high voltage lines EVEN IF state and local officials have blocked the projects. The story ends by saying New York officials have vowed to stop it.

Is this the same power line that would follow the Delaware?
