Upstate river conditions?

I'll be in Schenectady on Saturday and I've got the chance to do some fishing on Sunday and maybe Monday if the weather is nice. I'd like to hit the Ausable or Shroon while I'm up there, and I'm wondering mostly how the flows are looking. I'd check the USGS site, but I don't know what a normal wadeable flow is for these rivers, so it isn't much help.
