    William Joseph Surge Pack

I have never posted a review on equipment I've bought before but I have to say this fanny pack is fantastic.I've had Bean,Patagonia and a couple others but this pack puts them in the obsolete pile.It is part of the mag series which uses magnets to hold pockets closed. No zippers to get stuck or rust and seize from the salt. They are powerful enough to keep the pockets closed and tight.Easy open, easy close.Big enough to carry all I need including camera and binoc as well as a couple fly boxes and accessories.Even a couple bottles of whatever on the sides.Excellent hip padded belt.At about $100.00 I feel it's worth every penny and I had my doubts about paying that much for one when I bought it.After about three months the mags are as strong as day one.Five stars!Just thought I'd share if you've been looking for one.

Good point, waterworker. Fashion is an under-rated component of fly fishing. Unless you wear a codpiece or a pink bracelet, you still a man in my book.

Just to be sure tho... Do you wear a codpiece while you fish in that fag bag, waterworker?

There is no need to make fun of me.Without one,the sand would tear that bad boy up dragging it along the beach all day.

Ok.First off, seeing you are a brother of the long rod, ooops, shouldn't have said that.Alright,a fellow fisherman.I will do my best to help you out.The fanny packs,I mean fag packs, are adjustable. So unless you haven't any waders yet either(and never had a wading belt for them,it is based on the same idea) it means one size fits all. That's it.Simple.Good luck and if you don't find one at your local tackle shop, you can probably get one online.Glad to help. "Tight" lines!
