Not Ranked : 0 Re: Albrighttackel.com What happen to them? As a former Albright dealer I had to chuckle about AK's return policy post. Manufacturers are generally used to shipping stuff out and dealing with say a 5% return rate. Now that they are direct, they can deal with all of the customer service that the dealers used to do for them! I sold a good number amount of Albright product over the last few years. It was for the most part beginner/ entry level equipment. They did have some other products that were a little further up the chain. Return rates weren't all that much of a problem. But, this is a pretty crowded area in the market. TFO and St. Croix and probably Redington simply outcompeted Albright. They have good warranty policies and support local shops by not selling direct on the internet. So you can actually cast a rod before you buy it. As for waders, I really think you should try them on before you buy them, do some knee bends to see if they're too tight, put your boots on and check the neoprene socks so that there isn't too much room in them, etc. Sizes aren't necessarily uniform.-JH |
