Thread: RRTU: why I LOVE MY CHAPTER!!!

RRTU is the best chapter of TU in the United States.

We got people driving from all over the state to come to
our fly tying nights.

People like Johnny Utah. Who is the BEST young fly tyer in the state.

He comes to our fly tying meetings.

People like Aaron Jasper.

That dude has made fishing DVDs!!!!!

And fills the room at the international fly tying symposium, when he does his seminar!

And AJ is on the board of rRTU!!!!

The greatest presentation in the history of TU was given to our chapter by our very own Ron Frost!

Thanks to Ron and hell YES we WANT YOU BACK again soon!!!'n

Andy Brasko drove for hours to come to a fly tying night, and has spoken at a meeting to our chapter to a rapt and entranced audience!!!!

It gets better.

We got AK Skim.

He asked me to be Membership Chair.

And ok'd me for Speaker Chair.

He saw that beetle is not only an alcoholic, but a WORKAHOLIC as well.

Nobody else would give me a chance.

So I bring that philosophy to my job, especially as speaker chair.

Give new guys a chance.

But swing for the fences too.

So Skim is the visionary.

He took a chance with me.

But swung for the fences with guys like AJ.

And both were grand f'n slam home runs!

And, of course, the fly tying nights.

These guys are the best.

Big Jake and his crew deserve so much more credit than they get.

Because they are the backbone of RRTU.

They don't ask for praise.

But they deserve it.

Big Jake, you're the best.

Tomk6251, you rock.

And jaybird, thank you!

This chapter is the best in the USA.

I'd really hate to see you edit this.

FIrst the update on Po BOys, now this post, What were you slapped with a law suit? Part of the agreement was to print a retraction and plant a big smooch on each butt cheek

Kinda scary to think that Golden Beelzebub is a teacher in the NY school system...maybe you should have spent your money on some mental health counseling instead of giving it to NEFF. Just saying..I'll let the people be the judge! Just reading your past posts, it's no wonder you are a lonely turd. You have no loyalty...and that's what RRTU is all about!
