Yesterday I received some Cocobolo that I wanted to play with so, after a little thinking I sat down and glued up some wood and cork.

Some dark mix cork burnt cork, burnt cork trim rings, natural burl cork and some Cocobolo make up the grip.

After some wonderful cinnamon smells and a little time I ended up with these. Not sure whether I am going to keep them for stock, build a new rod or sell them.
The hardware is american tackle al10 in titanium finish, with titanium finish hardware.
