Weatherby's At Grand Lake Stream

Happy New Year,

I recently received a gift certificate to Weatherby's at Grand Lake Stream I would like to book the vacation.When is the best time for trout and salmon ?

Also what can I expect for weather conditions to be like ?Do you recommend Spring or Fall.
