Not Ranked : 0 CT's State Forest Streams In CT we have an abundance of state forest lands, many of them have small streams running through them and some of these hold wild trout. This is one of our favorites located in NW CT. The stream was very clear with temps about 60 degrees. I started fishing dries but had no takers, I switched to a wet and sonn had the first little guy to hand. The wets were very productive but I went back to the dry and also enjoyed success.
