| CT's State Forests I located a few small streams last winter while walking through some of our state forests. Well today I fished one of them. The stream was low and clear, and many temps were taken with 60 degrees pretty constant. I noticed several splashy rises and cast to them allowing the fly to land on the boulders. When I pulled the fly into the water Wham. I fished this stream for a number of hours, some fish to hand, many LDR's, and lots of memories. ![]() ![]() ![]() Lots of shade to help keep the stream cool. ![]() ![]() ![]() Some of the state forests jewels. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
