| Wild on the Dry Fly I fished today on a small Class 1 wild trout stream. The stream is in excellent shape. I decieded to fish dries only, very slow to start but with persistance it paid off. Many wild brook trout to hand including a hefty hooked jaw male. Many LDR's to. Also one of the brookies had a laceration near its tail, apparently from a Heron stab. Water temps 48 degrees. With the trout looking to the surface its going to be good. Cdog, look at the flies in their mouths. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
