My lovely wife had a conference in Orlando from Thursday to Saturday. SHe is not a good flyer so she pleaded with me to go with her. I did some research, got some direction from Salty and some shops in the area and they hooked me up with Capt. Eric Davis who owns the Back Country in Vero Beach, FL. We concocted a game plan and he insisted that we fish at night. I met him at 9pm, and we fished the dock lights and bridges until 5:30am. I can't thank him enough. He was a great guide and a real nice guy. We had constant action with follows, break-offs, and exciting fights. He introduced me to 4 firsts, LAdyfish, Sea Trout, SNook and Baby Tarpon. HE left this Trout/Salmon/Steelheader sore, cut, bruised and in awe. Cheers go out to him and his impressive knowledge of the fishery.
