Information on fishing Toms River???

All,
I have mostly fished Manasquan river locally and I have heard Toms River is a nicer river. I don't know that area that well and was hoping someone could point me to some directions on where to go to get started or how to get to the TCA area? I checked other posts here and I looked at the NJ DF&W but I can't seem to find any directions or locations. All I saw on NJ DF&W was the page that shows you can fish Toms River no location information.
Looking to fish some fall stocking so appreciate the feedback. Thanks!!!
