Access Points/Parking

Hi Everyone,

My father and I justed started out fly fishing. We're having problems finding places to go. The only place we've been to has been the Ramapo. Thanks to the guys at Ramsey Outdoor, they helped us out with directions the Ramapo (we had a great time), its just that we'd like to try other spots in Jersey.

Yesterday for Fathers Day we decided to go out to the South Branch of the Raitan. We found the river with no problems, however parking was another story -- where do you park? From there we tried the Muskenectong (sp?), again found with no problem -- but where to park? So then after driving around for hours, we gave up trying to fish, since we were 0 for 2 and dring anyway, we thought maybe we'd trie the Pequest (sp?). We actullay found a place to park (in Buttzville off of Rt.46), but after driving around for 200+ miles we decided to go home.

We're used to lake fishing where eveything is pretty clear, where to park, launch the boat, etc?

My question is is there a book with impict instructions as to where to park and access points, or can any of you guys steer us in the right direction?
