Stream levels

OK, who can help out a city boy here? ( I'm in Nutley)

I'm thinking of heading out for trout tomorrow, but I need to know how much raiin we've had and the effect on streams:

Resica Falls?
Big Flatbrook?
Pequest?

Seems to me there hasn't been really enough rain to turn things into chocolate milk just yet, but It's a tough call for me to get out of work and I don't want to waste it. So, anyone with firsthand knowledge of water levels and color, I would really appreciate some input.
