Top 10 FF destinations in the US?

As I flew back from my first tarpon trip to the keys this week, my buddy and I made a gentlemen's bet in Islamorada to hit the top 10 FF destinations in the US.

I'd love to get everyone's opinion of what the top 10 are and why so that I can start our list

I've got the west branch of the DE, Silver Creek Idaho, Shasta mountains CA, Bitteroot on my list so far. Any ideas?
