hey guys, fished monday afternoon 6:00-9:00 pm in kingston, lots of bass and a catfish 24" !

but what took my attention was this huge fishes jumping all around that part beetwen the large dam(carnage lake) and the small one by de briedge,, but I couldnt cast to them

, is an inflatable boat alowed in that area?? could be carps but the green ones that I saw wasnt
