NJ Nymph/Streamer Selection

Hi guys. Just started fly fishing again and was wondering if anyone could steer me in the right direction regarding nymph and streamer selection along with hook sizes appropriate for the Big Flatbrook and Paulinskill Rivers in Sussex County. Plan on heading out this weekend and would like to tie up a few flies. Thank you.
