Places to fly fish in Central Jersey/Bucks county PA

I am new to fly fishing and am having a wonderful time learning with my son who is 10. I understand that in the fall and spring when the water is deeper, colder and when stocks are replenished, the fishing will be better.

Since my son has sport games on the weekends and I want to continue to fish with him, what are the streams that are good to fish in that are close by so we can make the games as well. I live in Princeton, NJ so am close to Bucks County also. How do I get a PA fishing license and is that all I need or is there a trout stamp I need to get as well?
