Boating the Big D

Does anybody have any info on water depth, ease of navigation etc. for launching a boat on the Delaware. I have a 17' Bass tracker with a 50hp motor and bow mounted troller. The two spots I am most interested in is the water around the Del Water Gap, and the Frenchtown (Kingswood Boat Launch) area. There isnt too much detailed and reliable info on the web. Appreciate the help.
