Confused about the Gorge....Again!

Have been to the KLG a few times this Spring/Summer and was able to enter from both the north and south sides being met each time by the closure in the middle by the Trestle Pool. This has not been a problem as there have been plenty of spots to pull over and fish[as long as it's not a weekend]. Now reading AGAIN about road closures and how the fisherman will have to hike the expanse. Now the part I need clarified, if at all possible, is this closure that now exists[by Trestle Pool] the closure that we're hearing about or will they totally close off the Gorge at each end? Some are saying we,ll have to hike, while others are saying there will be spots to pull over while entering at your own risk.
