| Fly rod question... I should preface that I really only ever fish the BFB and a few other smaller creeks. That being said, I use a 9'/5wt that I really enjoy, however, sometimes I find that (because of the tight situations I'll get in) that I've only got leader and tippet sections coming out of the rod tip. Is this an error on my part, or would you suggest using a smaller rod? I don't actually know how a smaller rod would solve this issue, however, it just seems logical somehow. Thanks.  |
