| Attn: Clackacraft Drift Boat Stolen / Lost! I recently purchased a drift boat. I floated down the West Branch of the Delaware River with it last Friday. When through, I pulled the boat to the take-out area located at the bottom end of the West Branch Angler. I dropped the anchor on the bank approximately 15-20 feet from where the boat was. The boat was pulled up on the bank a bit so the entire boat was not in the water. There is no chance the anchor came loose. Today I received a message telling me that the boat was missing. I highly doubt the boat grew legs, picked up the anchor, and walked downstream. I'm pretty sure the boat was stolen. It's a 2002 Clacka Craft WF 16. Registration #: XEP00284E202 Faded out there is, "Outback Outfitters" or "Outback Outfitters Guide Service" on the side of the boat. Attached is a photo of the boat. Now I don't expect most of you to have to look for this but if you're someone who floats down the river often, I ask that you look out for this boat. If someone tries to sell you a boat and you notice a matching registration number or the registration is scratched off, please contact the police. I'm so distraught over this as I've wanted one of these for many years. Now I've got one, all paid for as of 2 weeks ago, and now it's gone without a trace. My daughter loved it, my father loved it, and I was hoping to get my wife to love it. I know a few people from the site enjoyed it at least once and I had plans to take a few others out as well. I would like a favor from anyone willing to do so... There are many internet websites out there in which you all venture off to. I would be grateful to anyone and everyone who took the time out to submit this thread to those sites. The more people submitting to more sites, the more chances of finding the boat. The boat although only mine for a few weeks, has great sentimental value which I prefer to not explain within this thread but will be more than happy to explain via PM or email. I really appreciate all that anyone does to try to recover this boat.
