Not Ranked : 0 Seber Grove dam removal on Musky Permits, funding, contractors and monitoring are all lined up and ready to go for the removal of dam # 2 this year on the Musconetcong River. We begin work next week or the week following and should be completed by Thanksgiving. TU will again lead efforts to restore a riparian buffer once the dam is removed, planting native trees and shrubs along the banks of what is currently a ponded river. I'll post later on once we know when we'll be in need of volunteers to help with the plantings, but fear not - we only have about 200 trees to plant and not the massive amount we needed at the Gruendyke dam removal earlier this year.
