Keep in mind to all of those that subscribe to fly tyer and fly fishing magazine that there is an up coming summer fly tying contest. The patterns for the summer contest is caddis larvae. I am entering a really nice looking and easy to tye caddis modification pattern that I worked on. I think you all should tye something up and enter in the contest. If you win or get your fly's picture in the magazine then cool beans. If you lose, so what, it made you tye and probably increased your skill and gave you a little excitement. Who knows, maybe there are a few future tyers that just might become the next generation of fly tyers for books and magazines.
