Southern Georgia Trout spots

I'll be in Chatham county, GA(south eastern end about 20 miles from Savannah) for a wedding in May and have about 7 hours to do some fishing. Can anyone point me in a general direction to look for trout streams? So far what I've found is pointing me north, but a few hours north. I'm limiting my driving time to an hour and a half. Any advice is appreciated.
