I am heading back to the Yellowstone area for a week in mid July. I will be flying in and out of Jackson and I have set aside one day to fish the Jackson area. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go or not to go? I won't be hiring a guide and I don't have a boat. Just good ol' fashioned wading.

Most of the week will be spent in and around the park. I plan to spend time on the Yellowstone, Madison, Henrys fork and the Lamar valley rivers. I made my first trip last year but I didn't get down to Jackson because the rivers were still in run-off in the valley. This year looks good as run-off should be over by the time I arrive.
