Brook Trout on the Big Flatbrook

I am in the process of compiling data regarding what section(s) of the Big Flatbrook are suitable for brook trout. I will be going to the usual sources (NJF&W, TU, and published research documents) for raw statistics regarding the stream and brook trout requirements, but some first hand angler information will be useful. My purpose is to see if there is enough evidence to support a brook trout restoration or habitat improvement on the BFB, and if so, enlisting the support of the NJF&W and volunteer groups such as TU and the Eastern Brook Trout Joint Venture (EBTJV) to establish a long term program.

For those that fish the BFB a few questions:

What is the most southern point on the BFB that you have caught wild brook trout?
What is the most southern point on the BFB that you have caught stocked brook trout after the summer heat but before any fall stockings?
Would you support more restricitive kill limits on brook trout in areas on the BFB that were deemed (by the NJF&W and other experts) as suitable brook trout habit?

Thanks for any input and insight you can provide.
